Senior Full Stack Engineer (TypeScript / React / Bun / Prisma)
We are seeking a senior full stack engineer based in Portugal to engineer tactical flight operations, syllabus automation, and mission planning platforms for FlightSQN. You will build glanceable operational interfaces and robust backend architectures using TypeScript, modern React, Bun / Node.js, Prisma, and relational databases.
What You Will Architect
- Architect and build glanceable, high-density flight operations UIs with React and Tailwind CSS
- Develop fast, type-safe backend APIs and microservices in Bun and Node.js
- Design efficient relational data models, schema migrations, and performant queries with Prisma
- Implement real-time WebSocket communication and state sync for sortie boards and syllabus tracking
- Collaborate directly with operational aviators and technical leads to ship production-ready, fault-tolerant software
Profile & Requirements
- Strong professional full-stack development experience with TypeScript and modern React
- Deep hands-on expertise with Bun and Node.js backend development
- Strong mastery of Prisma ORM, relational schema modeling, and database migrations
- Solid experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQLite)
- Clean architectural mindset, disciplined testing, and focus on fast, responsive applications
- Resident in Portugal with legal eligibility to work (Remote)
